Computer Lab Rules & Regulations

1. Students must compulsorily wear College ID card while being in the Computer Lab.
2. Keep your Footwear and Bag outside the Lab.
3. Students should be punctual and maintain strict discipline in the Lab and should follow the instructions given by the Lab Instructor/ Teacher in-charge.
4. The use of cell phones is prohibited in the computer lab.
5. Students are not allowed to use personal Pen Drives, CDs, DVDs, external internet connection etc., in Computer Lab without permission.
6. Playing games on computer is strictly prohibited.
7. Personal files are not to be stored on the local drive C. Users are strictly prohibited from modifying or deleting any important files, installing any software or changing settings in the computer.
8. Internet facility is only for educational/ study purpose under Teacher’s supervision.
9. Eatables are strictly prohibited inside the Lab. The Lab must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
10. In case of any system issues, please bring the same to the notice of Lab in-charge immediately. Double the cost of the loss will be charged from the student/user in case of theft / destruction of the computers or peripherals
11. Before leaving the Lab, users must close all programs positively and keep the desktop blank.
12. DO NOT leave your personal belongings inside the computer Lab. The College is not responsible for items left behind.
