4. Marketing
6 Semesters A pass in Higher Secondary Exam (+2) or equivalent examination with 45% marks.
B.B.A. 6 Semesters A pass in Higher Secondary Exam (+2) or equivalent examination.
B.A. English 6 Semesters A pass in Higher Secondary Exam (+2) or equivalent examination.
M.Com. 4 Semesters B.Com Degree or BBA/BBM with not less than 45% marks.

RULES FOR ADMISSION

1. Admission to U.G Courses are made by the University through centralized Admission Process except Community and Management Quota: Candidate seeking admission under reserved seats (viz – Reservation for Nominee, persons with disabilities, sports and cultural quota) shall also apply to the college.

2. Application for admission in the College under Community and Management quota seats should be made in the prescribed form which can be had from the Principal on payment of Rs 100.00 (Rs.125 by post) as Registration Fee, which is not refundable. Seperate application should be submitted for management quota seats.

3. The registration number and the application number must be quoted in all subsequent correspondences.

4. The applications for Degree Course duly filled in should reach the Principal on or before the last date published on the College Notice Board as prescribed by the University.

5. Applications containing false information will be rejected.

6. Candidates who are prepared to choose either Hindi or Malayalam as additional language alone will be selected for admission.

7. Students who found eligible for admission will be called for an interview for which they should appear, accompanied by their parent or guardian.

8. All columns in the applications must be carefully filled in. Attestation of marks should be done in the appropriate pages. Non compliance with the same will entail rejection of the application.

9. Candidate migrating from outside Universities/Boards, if selected, should produce at the time of admission an eligibility certificate from the Mahatma Gandhi UIniversity.

10. Applicants are advised to keep with them true copies of their certificates before they produce the original certificates to the College Office.

11. Eligibility of SC/ST students for fee-concession is subject to the orders of the Govt. even if selected under Centralized Allotment Process. (Order No. E5-6151/12 dt. 10.10.2012)

12. The student selected for interview must bring with them five copies of their latest passport size colour photographs. An identity card with the photograph will be issued to the students on payment of the cost of the card.

13. Documents to be produced at the time of interview:

a. S.S.L.C.Book

b. Original marklist of plus two or equivalent qualifying examinations for U.G.Courses. For P.G Original marklist and Provisional Certificate of Degree.

c. 2 Photostat copies of marklist of S.S.L.C. and Plus Two or equivalent qualifying examination/ Degree

d. Transfer Certificate.

e. Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied.

f. Originals of certificate, if photocopies were attached to the application.

g. Intimation Card.

h. Migration Certificate in the case of students who have passed from any other University must be produced within a month after enrollment.

i. An Eligibility Certificate (from M.G University) should produce in the case of students who have passed from any other University/Board at the time of admission.

15. Fees once paid will not be refunded.

16. If any admission is found ineligible by the University later such admission shall be automatically cancelled.

17. Fee defaulters will not be registered for the examination.

18. Ragging in any form and harassment of woman are totally prohibited in the campus as per the orders of Govt.

19. If the Govt. or University revises the semester or examination fee structure, the students shall pay the fees at the revised rate.

20. To maintain professional dignity students shall observe dress code in the campus.
